Frontier Tutoring Referral Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility
1.1. The Frontier Tutoring Referral Program ("Program") is open to current customers of Frontier Tutoring ("Referrer") who have an active account in good standing.
1.2. The Referred individual ("Referred") must be a new customer to Frontier Tutoring, meaning they have never previously enrolled in any tutoring, test preparation, or college admissions counseling services.
1.3. The Referred must reside within the United States and meet Frontier Tutoring's general eligibility requirements for services.
2. Referral Reward
2.1. For each eligible Referred individual who successfully enrolls and provides payment for an SAT/ACT individual prep package, an SAT/ACT prep class, an academic tutoring subscription, or another paid Frontier Tutoring service, the Referrer will receive a reward as specified on Frontier Tutoring’s website or promotional material at the time of referral ("Reward").
2.2. The Referred individual may also receive a promotional benefit, such as a discount, as specified in the promotional material.
2.3. The Referrer is eligible to receive a Reward for up to 10 successful referrals within a calendar year. Frontier Tutoring may (at its sole discretion) allow a Referrer to receive additional referral rewards.
2.4. Rewards are not transferable, redeemable for cash, or exchangeable for any other reward or benefit, except where required by law.
2.5. SAT and ACT prep paid hourly, Academic Tutoring paid hourly, Rapid Review sessions, physical workbooks, merchandise, and any purchases with a total price less than $600 for single purchases or less than $300 per month for subscription purchases by the Referred individual are ineligible for a reward of any kind for the Referred or the Referrer unless otherwise explicitly stated in Frontier Tutoring’s promotional material.
3. Program Abuse
3.1. Frontier Tutoring reserves the right to review and investigate all referral activities and to disqualify participants or cancel Rewards at its sole discretion if any Program abuse is suspected.
3.2. Program abuse may include, but is not limited to, the following:
Referring oneself, creating duplicate accounts, or using fictitious identities.
Referring individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria (e.g., existing or previous customers).
Manipulating referral links or using unauthorized means to obtain referrals, such as posting referral codes publicly on third-party platforms.
3.3. Frontier Tutoring reserves the right to suspend or terminate the account of any user engaging in fraudulent or abusive activity and to recover any Rewards granted due to such activity.
4. Referral Process
4.1. Referrals must be made using the unique referral link or code provided to the Referrer, or by the Referred providing the full name of the Referrer on their signup form.
4.2. To be eligible for the Reward, the Referred must use the referral code at the time of enrollment and complete a minimum of 5 tutoring sessions. The Referred must meet all eligibility criteria as defined in section 1.
4.3. Rewards will be issued to the Referrer within [number] business days of the Referred individual's completion of the required sessions.
5. Referral Rewards Conditions
5.1. Referral Rewards are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
5.2. No cash or monetary equivalent will be provided for the Reward unless otherwise stated by Frontier Tutoring or required by applicable law.
5.3. Frontier Tutoring is not responsible for lost or misdirected Rewards due to incorrect contact or account information provided by the Referrer.
5.4. All Rewards and benefits under the Program are subject to and must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The Program is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
6. Termination and Changes to the Program
6.1. Frontier Tutoring reserves the right to modify or discontinue the Program at any time without prior notice.
6.2. Any modification or termination of the Program will not affect Rewards earned prior to the change, provided that the Referred individual has met all criteria before such modification or termination.
7. General Conditions
7.1. By participating in the Program, both the Referrer and the Referred agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and all decisions made by Frontier Tutoring regarding the interpretation and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions.
7.2. Any disputes arising from the Program will be governed by the laws of the State of Alaska, without regard to conflict of law principles.
7.3. Any legal action concerning the Program must be brought in the courts located in Anchorage, Alaska.
8. Privacy
8.1. All personal information collected under the Program will be handled in accordance with Frontier Tutoring's Privacy Policy, which can be found here and by its reference is incorporated herein.
